Bola 'Primo' Okoya

S. Bola Okoya, is a photographer and artist based in Trenton, NJ. As a self-taught photographer he has committed himself to learning from fellow creators and artist in other disciplines. He believes he has a responsibility to positively represent his hometown Trenton, NJ, that is overlooked or constantly depicted in a bad light. Bola has taken it upon myself to continually provide a platform for his creative peers to express themselves. Whether it be through the photowalks he’s held in the city or showcasing artist through the Six Oh Nine Project pop-up galleries, Bola finds every experience rewarding because he knows there’s amazing talent that needs to be seen.
